JANUARY KICKSTARTER SHIPPING UPDATE

Kickstarter update incoming, but first I have a new release today! Golden, the first book in a new series that my early readers tell me is their new favorite is now available as an ebook, paperback, audiobook, and soon will be in hardcover.
Add-on shipping is COMPLETE with a few exceptions that I'll list below and the books have arrived safely to us.
The final batch of Decks (+Pendants, pins, stickers, tarot cloths) is packaged and awaiting pickup/drop off this week!
(If your shipping label is not scanned for a few days, don't panic! The carriers are still recovering from holiday volume.)
Digital Rewards: The Robert novella is currently being narrated. Expect digital delivery the last week of the month. Delivery will be through Bookfunnel, so if you have not used them before, now is a great time to check them out. Don't stress if it is new to you, we'll help when the time comes.
Hardcover Books: Books still need to be numbered, and carefully bubble wrapped for their journey to you.
If you only ordered Midlife Bounty Hunter, your books will ship between January 6th and 15th.
If you ordered more than Midlife Bounty Hunter, your books will ship between January 10th and 25th
Address updates - If you need to update your address, fill out this form immediately. Updates made after 1/5 may not be processed in time.
Missing Packages/tracking emails: Kickstarter shipment tracking emails are sent from [email protected].
The Shannon Mayer team is unable to give individual updates on when/if your package has shipped until after February 1st.
If your tracking says Delivered, but it has not successfully arrived, please check with your carrier, and neighbors. 99% of the time in this situation the package has mistakenly been scanned, and it will arrive within two weeks. If it has been 10 or more days since it was scanned as delivered and it still has not arrived, please reach out by email to [email protected]
If your believe your package may be lost AND it has been at least two weeks since the last scan, reach out to your carrier, and our team so we can begin the process of locating your package. If it cannot be located, don't stress, we will replace it.
(I cannot stress this enough, please be patient while waiting for your packages. The bulk of wayward packages find their way where they belong, and it just takes time.)
EXCEPTIONS:
Not all of the Inner Circle Tumblers have arrived to us, so some deck & add on orders were sent without their tumbler in the meantime. If your order was affected, you will receive an email from [email protected]

Three books for free
I've made three of my books FREE as a holiday bonus.
Fan Box shipping has been completed, so my team will be resuming shipping for Tarot Decks & add-ons!
UPS has specifically requested that we hold outgoing batches until 12/27 as they work to process their extremely heavy load of urgent packages that require Christmas delivery. It's our goal to have the rest of the deck packages that **do not** have a tumbler ready by 12/27 for that pick up date.
For backers who *are* waiting on a tumbler with their deck: our vendor has had employees out due to sickness, so they're running behind. This may mean that your deck and tumbler come in separate packages. We'll be making that call around the 1st of the year as we ramp back up our shipping in preparation for the books to arrive in the first week of January.
Robert Novella: Robert's story has been written, and is currently being edited so it can then head off for narration and formatting. I'm still on track for January delivery for this as promised.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR GERRY'S BACKERS ONLY:
There was a snafu with a Gerry's Batch of decks and Tumblers, where USPS grabbed the packages intended for UPS by mistake. Most of these have found their way to you despite their unconventional journey. My team has reached out to you from [email protected] AND from [email protected] if your package was one of the ones effected by this issue. While most of you have answered to let us know if your package safely arrived, a dozen or so have not. If you are a Gerry's customer, and we have not heard from you by the end of the week, we're going to assume your deck and tumbler arrived. PLEASE help us serve you better by adding [email protected] and [email protected] to your contacts list. We want you to get your rewards in a timely fashion.
My merch shop is currently running on limited availability while my team enjoys the holidays, and we focus on Kickstarter fullfilment. We're shipping the books the week of January 14th-21st. (And wrapping up with an in-person reader meet up in Virginia!) Once shipping is complete, I will offer the stunning Forty Proof hardcover editions and tarot decks in my merch shop. If you were hoping to gift a set for the holidays, you can purchase a gift card now that can be redeemed to get books and decks later.

This is the most exciting update I've had since the end of the Kickstarter!
My team is currently working on shipping all of the Tarot Decks, along with the add-ons that you ordered with them.
The books have finished the production stage, and should arrive to us in late December to be ready for us to ship those out in January.
The Robert novella (ebook and audiobook) is in the drafting stage, and I'm having way too much fun plotting his story, his secrets, and by the time you're done reading it you'll have a very big piece of the puzzle that is our favorite #friend, and his relationship with Bree.
Your BOOKS will not be in the package with your Decks/Pins/Pendants/Stickers/Tumblers/Cards so PLEASE do not email my team in a panic thinking your books have been forgotten. They haven't been. But if something else is missing from your package, please do get in touch so we can rectify that for you.
Do you wish you'd ordered another deck, or pin? I will have VERY limited amounts in my merch shop on Black Friday, starting at 11:00am EST along with several new goodies! I'll even have a few of the Guardian and Gerry's tier swag boxes, and flasks for purchase. (I had a few extra once all of the swag boxes were sent out, so inventory will be limited.)
In January, when I fly to Virginia to sign and ship the books, I'll be hosting a reader brunch. This is a ticketed event to make sure we stay within the allowed number of guests within the space, and includes a catered brunch. I'd love to get to see you while I'm there!
Once all the decks & add-ons have shipped, I'll post another update so you know we've completed that stage.

Happy (almost) November!
I'll get to the Kickstarter update in a moment, but just in case you haven't seen it, I have a release today!
Plucked out of the Collector's Pens, auctioned off to a vampire contingent, and sent across the ocean to the Alpha Territories was not exactly how I planned to spend my week.
Actually, scratch that. I had planned the first bit. But I was supposed to be sold to the werewolves so I could save my friend from a fate worse than death. Instead, the bloodsuckers have me and so far? It's not going great. I've been shoved into a corset and made to look like an extra on the cast of Bridgerton, all to take part in the Harvest Games--think The Bachelor set in the 1800's, but the men are all vampires, and thenadd a decidedly terrifying Squid Games element to the mix.
No problem.
My goal–besides keeping the number of holes in my body to the current norm–is more than surviving. It is escaping the inescapable, finding my way to the werewolf territory, and getting Jordan back.
Cue the political strife.
Armed with nothing more than a super sharp hairpin, my questionable charm, and an irrational amount of optimism, plans to get both me and my bestie out alive are in full swing.
Until the General of the Vampire Army and his molten eyes light me on fire and leave me wondering if escape is what I want after all.
Maybe one extra set of holes wouldn't be the worst thing ever…
